It is well-known that aesthetics are important to Librans and I am no exception. I absolutely love curating items for my space and finding the “perfect” products for it. I use the term “perfect” loosely, as my favourite products usually cost more than my net worth and exist only on my Pinterest boards.
Another typical Libran trait that I possess is indecisiveness. There have been times when I’ve gone without certain things simply because I couldn’t make up my mind. It’s a struggle! When I moved into my first apartment, I was on a new-home high and wanted to deck it out in style. I searched for the perfect kettle, but to no avail. In the end, I settled for a cheap basic white kettle from Kmart, telling myself I’ll replace it once I find the “right” one. Little did I know that nine years and three apartments later, I would still be using that same kettle. It’s a reminder of just how much of a Libra I am. (Also, that was probably the most useful $7 appliance I have ever purchased.)
An essential oil diffuser has always been on my wish list. However, I’ve never been able to decide on a design (no surprises there). At one point, I was drawn to the sleek combination of glass and bamboo, like the SOL Glass and Bamboo Diffuser. Yet, the coloured lights in it made me hesitate – I’m not a big fan of coloured lights in diffusers. It just feels unnatural to me. Then I considered a minimalist wooden diffuser with no light effects, but I felt that it would blend too much into my decor. So, finding a diffuser remained an unresolved item on my ever-growing to-do list.
But last month, everything changed. I happened to visit Karma Living at Karrinyup Shopping Centre and that’s where I saw it – a moon-inspired diffuser. It was love at first sight.😍 I could envision it sitting serenely on my table amidst my plants, radiating calming vibes throughout the room. And the best part? It was on sale for a generous 50 percent off! Happy dance!
This diffuser emits a warm, peachy glow that perfectly fits my aesthetic preferences. Currently, it’s sitting on my work desk next to my plants, diffusing the Stress Less blend from Karma Living.
As I’m writing this post, the combination of the calming scent, jazzy music in the background, and the enchanting glow from the moon diffuser is definitely creating my happy place.
